Whether individual components, assemblies or complete units – we plan and manufacture for customers from all areas of mechanical engineering.

Together with our partners, we offer you all processes from a single source. Examples are the production of welded constructions in steel or stainless steel with subsequent mechanical processing or the production of cast parts of various types.

Finishing such as annealing, sandblasting, painting, pickling, grinding, etc. is also part of the range of services.

One area of expertise is, for example, the complete production of forklift axles with a base body made of cast steel, including the hydraulic cylinders and assembly according to your specifications. We will be happy to take on other projects!

SHEET METAL PROCESSING

From the individual part to the machine

We form and bond sheets of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass – in all thicknesses, as individual or series parts. We use state-of-the-art machines such as laser, plasma and waterjet machines, which can cut both coarse and very thin sheets.

New: We have a press for the TOX round point process, which makes the joining of sheets much more effective and cost-efficient.

Further processing such as punching, nibbling, edging and welding is carried out either by hand or on modern fully automatic machines, depending on the requirements.

TOX ROUND POINT PROCESS

The new generation of connection technology

We have a modern press for the TOX round point process for connecting aluminum and steel sheets. The patented process makes the connection technology much simpler, cheaper and more effective. A round punch presses the sheets into a die at the joining point, forcing the material on top to flow outward into the material below. The result is a round connection point without edges and burrs where corrosion could set in.

TURNING AND MILLING PARTS

Turning and milling by a master

You need turned and milled parts in variable sizes and quantities?
No problem, we manufacture for you – whether one-off or series production, whether made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum or non-ferrous metal, whether weighing only a few grams or up to a workpiece weighing several tons. You can rely on our know-how and an optimal price-performance ratio.

For further finishing, we cooperate with reliable partners who take over work steps such as powder coating, wet painting, water-based paint, hardening, tempering, burnishing, dacrometizing, chrome plating, polishing and grinding.

PIPE BENDING

By hook or by crook

Pipe bends are needed in almost all industrial sectors. We manufacture tube bends for a wide variety of applications. We manufacture tube dimensions from 6 x 1 mm to 323.9 x 20 mm on a CNC-controlled automatic tube bending machine. Thick-walled tubes can of course be hot-bent on request.

If required, we will be happy to supply the pipe pre-material with certificate evidence depending on your requirements. Also neckings in different sizes on thick-walled pipes including the mechanical preparation are part of our range of services. Kits can be assembled and pre-assembled in our assembly department according to your requirements.

We also carry out follow-up work such as pipe welding, brazing and painting and organize the necessary pressure tests and TÜV inspections for you.

SPECIAL BALL VALVES

Ball valves that do not come off the shelf

We manufacture wire bends for you using the latest manufacturing technology from steel, stainless steel and other metals that can be cold formed. The diameters range from 1 mm to 20 mm. Further processing steps such as welding, pressing, stamping and, of course, surface finishing round off our range of services.

We assemble copper grounding ropes according to your requirements with cable cross sections from 10 mm² to 95 mm². The cable lugs are pressed according to the patent of the company Elpress GmbH. The Elpress system consists of a certified solution for the combination of cable, connector and tool and thus ensures safe connections.

We are your partner for the development and production of special ball valves for use in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals and plant engineering. We develop these according to your requirements, with nominal diameters ranging from DN 10 to DN 250 and pressure ratings from PN 5 to PN 200. Ask us!

DRAHTBIEGUNGEN

Präzise gebogene Drähte

Drahtbiegungen fertigen wir für Sie in modernster Herstelltechnik aus Stahl, Edelstahl und anderen Metallen, die kalt umgeformt werden können. Die Durchmesser reichen von 1 mm bis 20 mm. Weitere Bearbeitungsschritte wie Verschweißen, Verpressen, Prägen und selbstverständlich die Oberflächenveredelung runden unser Angebot ab.

KABELKONFEKTION

Erdungsseile perfekt gefertigt

Wir konfektionieren Erdungsseile aus Kupfer nach Ihren Wünschen mit Kabelquerschnitte von 10 mm² bis 95 mm². Die Kabelschuhe werden dabei nach dem Patent der Firma Elpress GmbH verpresst. Das System Elpress besteht aus einer zertifizierten Lösung für die Kombination von Kabel, Verbinder und Werkzeug und sorgt so für sichere Verbindungen.

SONDERKUGELHÄHNE

Kugelhähne die nicht von der Stange kommen

Wir sind Ihr Partner für die Entwicklung und Produktion von Sonderkugelhähnen für den Einsatz in Branchen wie Chemie, Pharma und Anlagenbau. Diese entwickeln wir nach Ihren Aufgabenstellungen, wobei die Nennweiten von DN 10 bis DN 250 und die Druckstufen von PN 5 bis PN 200 reichen. Fragen Sie uns!

We build together what belongs together

We assemble individual parts and components manufactured by us or provided by you into semi-finished or finished products. Capacities range from single pieces to mass production, always exactly according to your specifications. Whatever you have in mind, just ask us!

STORAGE

You do not have to worry about anything

If you have your products produced by us, you can also leave the warehousing, picking and delivery to us. Because we also know this very well and can maintain large storage capacities. Your advantage: You save on storage space and can rely on just-in-time delivery. Framework agreements for deliveries in individual lot sizes are tailored precisely to your requirements, from single items to large series.
